After two days of making smoothies, the interlock post on my blending jar collar broke, indicating poor product design.

The juicer is great, works as advertised, and is easy to clean. The only negative point was the lacking instructions on how to take it apart, but once I figured it out, it was easy.
The juicer/blender is easy to understand with minimal preparation required. It comes with a cleaning device to clean the strainer and has a big spout and chute to fit whole fruits and vegetables.

I appreciate the dishwasher-safe parts of the juicer, which makes cleaning easier.
Cleaning this centrifugal juicer is not easy due to the number of pieces that need to be cleaned. However, I found it easier to soak the pieces in a hot soapy water bath to help with the cleaning process and the cleaning brush helps a lot.
