The adhesion on my phone case is strong and it doesn't fall off even if I shake it hard. However, I need to remove it when I want to charge my phone.
The adhesion of the ring holder is very strong with smooth edges, making it comfortable to hold. I have used other ring holders before and this is probably one of the strongest I have seen so far.
