I bought a fan two years ago that still runs constantly for 9 months a year and is perfectly balanced and silent out of the box. The new fan I bought is also silent, but the two slowest speeds are slower than my old fan.
I fixed the noise issue by putting spacers on top of the high points in the motor and under the metal cover to reduce rattling. Based on my experience, the fan is mostly quiet now.

I noticed that the motor runs quietly but has a light intermittent knocking sound, which may be due to the loose coupling cover on top of the motor housing.
70% highlighted the size , yet 30% felt it could be more compact
I recommend getting the Roto XL if you like the design, as it has slightly larger blades (62) that are hardly noticeable.
The fan did not have the size as claimed. It was supposed to have a 3.5" downrod but it was more like 6".
