The battery lasted all day.
We use 24 radios daily and their batteries last all day.
The battery life is limited with a tiny 1000mAh battery. It is suggested to use low power setting unless high power is needed.
After the initial good performance, my battery life started dwindling and going dead in the middle of the day.

I was surprised by the range of our CB two-way radios, which reached about a mile in town through a hotel wall, Wendy's next door, and several other structures to reach the person at the other end of the road.
The range of our two-way radios is surprisingly exceptional. We left one unit behind in the lodge as a base and had no problem communicating with each other no matter where we were.
