The CB two-way radios have great sound and clarity, and they pick up great while cancelling out background noise.

I gave 3 stars because the CB-two-way-radios have limited range and lose connection when used in a building with 20 floors. It doesn't reach 5km(3mi) and can't penetrate walls.
I expected the product to have long range as per the item description, but it didn't work when I tried it at a little less than 3 miles.
The actual range of CB two-way radios is only about half a mile in open space with no obstacles, not 5 miles as advertised.
