When I pour litter in the box, a massive dust cloud rises and my cat may have asthma due to the dust.
The cat litter box is very dusty and makes the room smokey. I also feel the dust coating inside my mouth.
After scooping one bit of poop, the dust covered the whole bathroom and made me cough worse than anything pollen season can give you.
The litter is not 99.9% dust-free and raises more dust than any other brand I have used. Even careful pouring close to the litter box still raises a thick cloud of dust that settles all over the room.

I have found no crumbling clumps or litter contamination with FreshStep. I can spot them easily and lift them out with a corner of my scoop. I always get nice, sharp edges with clean lines and minimal crumbling. Based on my experience, I can say that FreshStep is easy to use for cat-litter. This review expresses my positive feedback as a customer.

I was looking for a litter that did not track much, but found that litters that do less tracking are terrible in other areas such as absorbency and odor. I tried this litter because of good reviews, but found that it does track and has lots of dust when poured, even though the manufacturer says it is dust-free.
I doubt the product's ability to reduce tracking footprints, but I still hope it will work.
