I have 4 cats and I am picky about litter as I hate finding it tracked across my floor. However, this litter stays put and does not get tracked.
After using the product, I noticed that my cat tracks less and doesn't shake his paws as if he stepped on a thorn. This justifies the claim of it being easier on cat's feet.
There is minimal tracking litter and dust when pouring, making it easy to clean up without any hassle.

I am not sure about the 99.9% claim, but the dust level seems to be low.
Over the years, I have noticed that the dust seems to be worse, but when I first bought it, it was practically dust-free.
In the beginning, it was less dusty than it is now.
I find the litter a little too dusty for my liking, but it's not terrible. This is to be expected with any litter.
