I compared the noise level of this fountain with my previous one and found that it has almost no noise. The previous fountain had a low hum and sounds of water splashing.
The pump is still going strong with a reasonable noise level.

My only gripe with the cat fountain is that it makes a sloshing sound instead of a peaceful, flowing sound.
