I feel that the suitcase is well-made and can handle travel wear and tear, especially if not checked in.
The new bag has inline skate wheels which are more durable than the old ones.
The bag is convenient and fits perfectly under the seat on an airplane. It also comes with a 5 year guarantee, indicating its durable shell quality.
The shell seems firm enough to support the carry-on and resist impact and distortion of shape. However, I am unsure how it would perform with heavy weight or when stuffed tightly under a seat with something on top.

I really like the layout of all the zippered compartments, especially the shoe/dirty laundry compartment that is accessible from the outside.
The suitcase has multiple compartments despite being small.
The carry-on has great pockets with various compartments for water bottle, sunglasses, office organizer with slots for pens, laptop compartment, shoe pocket, packing space for clothes and additional work items.
The High Sierra carry-on has many pouches and compartments to store things separately. I have also mentioned the details of the compartments and how they can be used.

The handle is nice and long, so I don't need to stoop while using it. Two wheels are better than nothing, but 360° wheels would have been better.
The handle and wheels feel sturdy, robust, and smooth in operation.
The handle is strong and extends easily.
It takes two hands to get it on the luggage, but it holds nicely without slipping. It's worth the little extra struggle at the beginning.

The wheels of my carry-on roll and turn smoothly over all types of surfaces, and the handle's height is excellent for me.
Two wheels are better than nothing, although 360° wheels would be preferable.
