75% appreciated the variety of attachments, while 25% found them unnecessary.
I found that the product worked well on carpets and area rugs but was terrible when used with the attachment on furniture.
I noticed that this model has a rinse control and many other models do not have it. Without a rinse option, a lot of shampoo and residue is left in the carpet.
This model has a rinse control, unlike many others, which leaves a lot of shampoo and residue in the carpet without it.
When I tried to clean a larger area, the product did not work properly. It left the carpet soaked without sucking up the water.
The water and solution mix lasts for a long time, but the amount of solution to put in is not clear.
79% praised its effective cleaning, but 21% found it left some dirt behind.
When I used the machine, I found that the suction power and cleaning ability were good initially, but it stopped working frequently and was inconsistent.
The soap leaks into everything, regardless of the cleaning setting, which is a huge problem.
Cleaning adds at least 20 minutes per room.
It took me over an hour to clean a few rooms and the carpets were left very wet, which raises concerns about mildew/mold.
75% found it exceptionally durable, though 25% had durability concerns.
I do not recommend the product highly because of its poor durability.

81% appreciated its user-friendly design, while 19% found it complicated.
The best feature of the product is the little hand wand. Once the cord is straightened out fully, it is very easy to use.
The Hoover Powerscrub is easier to turn and more movable than the Rug Doctor.
The product is easy to assemble and operate, but cleaning carpets takes more time than the rentable version. Tanks need frequent refilling and emptying.
The machine is not easy to use as the soap leaks into everything, regardless of the setting used.
I assume that the vacuum will eventually fail after dealing with my family's shenanigans for half a decade, but it has provided more than its worth in cleaning power.
