I initially thought that the water reservoir would be too small, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the machine is very efficient with water and easy to use.
I am satisfied with how easy it is to clean this machine compared to others I have had.
It is easy for me to operate and cleans well. It dries quickly as it is not too wet.
Breaking down the machine is easy, cleaning is easy (except for the brush roll housing area), and the directions are easy to follow.

After using the cleaner, the water came up clearer than the pass with the solution and the carpet had less perfume smell.
I appreciate that the cleaner doesn't put a lot of rubber inside the dirty water tank as it tends to hold smell over time on other cleaners.
