I am satisfied with the ease of use of this carpet-upholstery-cleaner-accessory. It is the easiest to use out of all the Hoover shampooers I have used. I am happy that I don't have to lay the handle down anymore just to get the dirty water container out. The cleaner is separate from the water, which is new to me. The brushes are easier to remove and it came with tools to clean them. Hoover deserves props for finally designing something more efficient and easy to use.
