I soaked it for 2 days and removed all the rust.
I suggest being patient while soaking and I soaked my parts for 18-24 hours.

There is a drawback to using Rust911 as not everything can be soaked and it is uncertain how well wetting the rusted surface would work.
I need to do multiple parts over multiple days or weeks to get enough depth to cover my rusted parts because the rust inhibitor goes bad after a while. This indicates that the surface coverage of the rust inhibitor is limited.
