After applying the product, I let it dry for 48 hours and then painted over it with rust-oleum black high gloss.
After drying and heating, I noticed that the product converted the rust and deposited a hard, light grey film.
My drying time on steel is three days.
I warn that the rust reformer liquid should not be allowed to dry on the skin as it cannot be washed off and requires a brillo pad or wire brush for removal.
