I appreciate the simple and high-quality ingredients used in the caramel candies, which do not compromise on the flavor.
I can taste individual ingredients like butter, brown sugar, and even a tiny bit of molasses from the brown sugar used to make these caramels. This is not common with processed foods, which can make it tough to distinguish individual ingredients while eating it due to being processed and refined to conformity.
The caramels are excellent, better than most homemade ones. They are very soft and sweet. I have tried 2 pecan & 1 sea salt caramels and all of them are excellent.
On the label, the first ingredient is regular corn syrup, despite the description stating no high fructose corn syrup is used.
