If you purchase the wiring harness and install kit, the stereo installs easily in the Ford F150.
I finally got a chance to install the car stereo receiver and I'm glad I did.
I found the car-stereo-receiver easy to install and operate, and it sounds good.
I had a tough time getting the car stereo receiver installed. It took more than 2 hours for me to figure out how to properly integrate it into the current wiring. However, I finally figured it out and it works very well.

The touchscreen of my car stereo receiver works really well.
The screen has a simple interface with little touch lag and good response time. It's great.
On the music screen, it is hard to read the title, artist, and other info.

I tested the car stereo receiver and compared it with another stereo from Walmart. The sound quality of the car stereo receiver was better than the other one.
The sound quality is good, especially with the 'loud' feature enabled.
I discovered that the sound quality is nice and found a button called 'LOUD' in the control area of bass/treble/balance/fade that, when turned on, apparently turns on the radio amplifier/equalizer -- the bass is REALLY great now ... almost 😉 like having a separate amplifier!
I found that the audio quality of the Walmart Dual i was bad and it would randomly lose its preset memory for EQ and Bluetooth.
