I had to purchase an Amazon bean bag, stick the suction cup to it, and place it in my usual location on the left corner of the windshield.
The first unit was unusable and constantly needed updates. Whenever I loaded updates to it, it would freeze multiple times, requiring reboots and restarts of the whole process.
