There is a major flaw in the vacuum cleaner. The attachment is not working properly and I have to hold the two pieces together while operating it.
I like having all the tools at my fingertips, but this vacuum cleaner does not come with a hardwood floor tool. I have a previous model's hardwood floor tool that fits and works, but there is no place to store it on this unit. Similarly, the motorized attachment for steps has no place to be stored on it either.
70% were impressed with the dustbin capacity , although 30% weren't
I am unhappy with the dustbin capacity of the vacuum cleaner. The poorly designed dustbin is extremely small and all of the finer particles of dust adhere to the plastic dust bin, requiring me to wipe it out completely in order to use it again.
