About Bissell Hard Floor Expert Multi CYCLONIC Canister Vacuum
Overall Feedback:
66% positive
71% liked the attachments and accessories, although 29% disliked
The attachments are great for running along baseboards and other small areas.
The attachments are good and the little brush attachment is quite nice for dusting.
There are usual attachments like crevice tool and brush to clean other things. Additionally, there is a high-quality floor attachment with a foot pedal switch to clean stubborn dirt.
I was not told how/where to attach the holster that comes with the smaller attachments, and I couldn't find a practical place to put it, which made these items clutter rather than helpful tools.
78% liked the filtration system, yet 22% experienced issues
The vacuum has multiple filters and does not expel dust into the air while cleaning, which is highly desirable in my household as we have an asthma sufferer.
When the filters and intake thingie are clean, I have noticed that the vacuum cleaner has good suction. However, it easily clogs up at least once during the vacuum process, stopping the whole process.
73% appreciated the noise level
The canister vacuum cleaner is a bit louder and higher pitched than my stick vacs, but much quieter than a traditional upright vacuum.
74% liked the suction power, but 26% found it lacking
The suction power of the vacuum is very strong and sometimes too powerful.
The suction power is excellent and the main head stays firmly attached to the hardwood or laminate as I work.
After 3 months, I noticed that the suction power of the vacuum cleaner was lost.
64% found it versatile on various surfaces
The vacuum cleaner has a Turbine Hard Floor Tool that is gentle on vinyl and a Multi-Surface Floor Nozzle that does a fine job on the carpet.
The vacuum does a great job on tile and wood surfaces, picking up from between tiles and across the surfaces quite well.
71% appreciated the weight and maneuverability, but 29% found it cumbersome
I have noticed that some canister vacuums can be bulky and difficult to move around. However, I am impressed with the light-weight Bissell vacuum.
I bought the vacuum cleaner because I wanted something light to get the dust bunnies. This indicates that the vacuum cleaner is easy to maneuver.
The vacuum cleaner is lightweight and easy to carry around. It can be easily carried up the steps and rolled around the home.
The vacuum cleaner feels like an anchor and the wheels don't spin well. When I pull the hose, the machine lifts the nose in the air and drags the bottom instead of rolling smoothly on wheels.
Sometimes when I pull the attachments in tight spaces, the brush comes off because there is no lock and they just push on.
