The tent is a bit heavy, but I was able to carry it without tremendous effort.

I slept dry in the center of the tent during a moderate all night rainstorm, but there was some water accumulation where the walls meet the floor. The tent held up reasonably well, but the review expresses mixed feedback regarding its weather resistance.

I was skeptical about the 60 seconds to pop up and assemble this tent, but later found that it really is a 1 minute set up. The assembly is super simple and easy, and the instructions are not really necessary, but they are easy to follow to ensure proper setup.
I was able to set up the tent by myself and even the rainfly was easy to attach. Although it recommends two people for setup, I had absolutely no problem doing it alone.
