I have noticed that the unit can get very hot due to the heat intensity.

I am disappointed with the quality of the product. It seems to have been manufactured by the cheapest manufacturer possible. Although I love Zippos and most of their products, this one is an exception.
The material of the bag is cheap, but it still gets the job done for now.
