The product worked great even the following day after opening the pads at 6:30 pm the previous evening.
The hand warmer stays warm for at least 15 hours.
I have noticed that the heat output of the warmers does not last as long as stated on the packaging. I usually get about 10 hours of hot heat from each pack and after the 10th hour, it just stays warm for a couple more hours for a total of about 14 hours or so. None of them has lasted more than 14 hours; they never reached 18 hours.

I compared the heat intensity of Hot Hands to Heat Pax and found that Hot Hands are not even close to Heat Pax, which are a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
