The hammock is plenty enough for me and an average sized woman, considering my weight and height.
I was skeptical about the weight capacity of the hammock since I am 6'3 and 330lbs. However, I ended up camping for 3 nights and it held up pretty well.

The hammock tents were a lifesaver. We would have had to sleep in mud or back out of the trip otherwise.
I bought the recommended tarp/fly for the hammock and it kept me dry during hard rain in the mountains.
If it rains, I will get wet but it is easy to tie up a protective tarp. I used the rain cover from my tent as a precaution but did not get any rain.
I got soaked all night long while sleeping in the hammock with the rain fly on, while my friend slept on the ground under a tarp and stayed dry.

The double nest is perfect for a horizontal lay and the double ridgeline for the netting keeps it up and out of the way while protecting from bugs and giving lots of room. It's also great to release the netting ridgelines and flip over the hammock for a great 'chair' to eat meals.
