About gymolo Camping Hammocks with Mosquito Net Tent and Rain Fly Tarp
Overall Feedback:
87% positive
94% found the weight capacity impressive, but 6% didn't
The weight of the hammock and its components, including the hammock with fly and bags, carabiners, straps, and stakes.
86% appreciated its weather resistance
I have used the hammock in various weather conditions, including heat, snow, rain, and everything in between.
I tested the rain cover by holding the garden hose on it for 10 minutes and it seemed water-resistant. However, I am unsure about its performance under prolonged rainy conditions.
90% found it versatile for various uses
The hammock set is lightweight, durable, and versatile. It's perfect for bike packing and enjoying the outdoors without the hassle of tent setup or sleeping on the ground with dirt, mud, and bugs.
93% liked its easy setup
Setting up and taking down the hammock is very easy and only takes around 10-15 minutes.
The assembly manual with drawings helped me to install the hammock properly to trees or poles.
90% found it comfortable
The hammock feels comfortable while laying or swinging on it and my body does not stick to the material.
The hammock is a good size for me and my kid to lie down together. The mosquito net and shade add to our comfort.
82% were satisfied with the breathability, but 18% weren't
If I am prone to getting cold, I should get an extra bottom pad to minimize heat loss through the bottom.
The hammock is comfortable to lay or swing on and the material does not stick to my body.
I suggest using a blanket underneath while sleeping overnight to let the heat out through the thin material.
The hammock works great for camping in forests, by the river or lake side, even during summer mosquito season, as it comes with a bug net that protects me.
I set up the hammock easily and it fits my frame nicely. The mosquito net was a little droopy but a little stick made it perfect.
