I easily cleaned the nonstick surface of the grill with soap and water after cooking barbecue.
The grill is easy to clean and maintain. The drip pan and grill top pull off so I can wash it in the sink and then wipe down the rest of the little grill. It never gets badly dirty. Even when the marinade cooks on a bit it ends up coming off easily while I cook.
Cleaning the grill is easy with the donut-shaped grease trap that can be removed and cleaned.
