About WOLF-I Full Tang Survival Knife with Sheath
Overall Feedback:
94% positive
94% praised for its razor-sharp blade, while 6% found it dull
The knife holds its edge well and does not need to be sharpened after every use.
The knife was not sharp out of the box, but after sharpening, it works pretty good.
92% appreciated its rugged build, though 8% experienced breakdown
I found the scabbard unimpressive.
95% liked the comfortable grip, but 5% found it slippery
The grip is somewhat short and slim, which may not be comfortable for men with massive hands as it may leave the pinky hanging off the end.
92% liked its compact and portable design
I like the knife despite it being slightly undersized for do-it-all camp work.
89% praised the high-quality sheath, but 11% found it flimsy
I like the stonewash look and the plastic sheath is nice for bad weather.
The knife is retained in the sheath by the friction of the rubberized grip pressed against the sides of the inner sheathe.
I am disappointed with the quality of the sheath. It comes too high up the knife handle, making it difficult to draw from the sheath. The sheath is also thick on the back where the belt clip attaches, and the outside of the sheath stands out off the body by a little over 2 inches, making it cumbersome to carry.
I am dissatisfied with the sheath's quality, despite the knife being good.
I am dissatisfied with the quality of the sheath. It jabs me every time I sit down with the knife, so I have to get used to taking it off every time I sit down.
The initial impression of the knife was good. The serrations were super sharp and the blade was decently hollow ground, but it needed some work to achieve a razor edge.
The blade is razor sharp out of the box and I don't need to sharpen it myself after removing it from the packaging.
