I contacted Cold Steel to inquire about the compatibility of the knife with Tek-Lok system, but did not receive a response.
I suggest making the sheath adjustable on the shoulder loop to solve the issue of it not riding up properly under the armpit. I used a stretchy hair tie to keep the cord in place on the string.
