I removed the uncomfortable factory cord grip and wrapped the handle in paracord, which made it much better.

The sheath of this knife is fantastic. It is easy to insert the knife and has a tab that folds over the area where the spike would come out to lock it in. It also has two Molle strips so I can attach it to a chest rig or backpack.
