I can vouch for the long-term durability of the kit, despite it seeming a bit expensive due to knockoffs.
The fire steel has a nice, ergonomic plastic handle and is a pretty standard product. It's a little short, but longer ones are easily available if desired.
I tested the product in a moderate rainstorm to see if it could start a fire.
The fire fuses are too small to start a fire without additional tinder.

This fire kit is excellent. The plastic seals fit tightly and have not let any moisture in even in pouring rain. The bees wax tinder comes in another small container within the larger container that's probably not necessary but I am a big fan of overkill. The striker for the fire steel is a little flimsy but works ok in practice. I added some drier lint for extra tinder as there is a little spare room for it (or a cotton ball). Well designed bellows add a surprising amount of air to the fire.
When using the bellows on a small wood stove inside of a tent, I find them amazing. They are easy to use and in no time, I have a roaring fire.
