About MSR PocketRocket Ultralight Backpacking, Camping, and Travel Stove
97% impressed by the boil time
I can boil water for 3 meals a day for 13 days with the stove.
I completed the boiling process in 75 seconds.
I tested the boiling time of the stove using a 2.5 cup pot and found that it boiled a little faster when I first started because running the stove non-stop causes the canister to chill down which slows the gas coming out a little. I boiled the 2.5 cup pot in about 2:36 at the start and a little over 3:00 when the canister was near empty. Based on my experience, the stove works well.
96% appreciated the durable construction, but 4% experienced issues

I am confident that the product is durable and of superior quality, and I do not expect to need to replace it.

After the first use, the product became unusable due to a manufacturing defect.

96% liked the portable design
The lightweight design and smart carrying case are a nice addition for backpacking.
This stove is portable and can fit in the palm of my hand.
The stove is extremely lightweight and packs into almost no space at all.
The new stove body and key are the same size as the micro and fold up much easier and neater than the old stove.

94% appreciated the wind resistance, but 6% experienced issues
I recommend setting up a small windbreak for this stove to protect it from the wind. It cooks really well.
I was able to fry fish in an iron skillet in 15mph gusts as the flame was not affected by windy conditions.
In windy conditions, the flame remains unaffected.
I haven't tested the product in the wind, but any backpacker worth their salt knows to bring a wind screen or use natural materials to block off gusts while using.

94% praised the flame control, while 6% struggled
The flame control on my Pocket Rocket 2 only has full blast or below a simmer. It sprays flame or has none, and adjusting it doesn't help.
