I faced a serious issue with the flame control of my camping-backpacking-stove. The whole igniter knob blew out and there was no way to shut off the gas. I had to take tongs and flip the lock up to stop the gas from coming out. The butane can compartment was catching fire and the whole grill was still going. I contacted the manufacturer and they just offered a refund. I am not happy with the safety features of the product.
