I can use the pen for both large and small sized calligraphy and it produces really pretty lettering.
I had a hard time learning calligraphy until I found these pens.
77% appreciated the pen's and nib's durability, though 23% found the nib flimsy
I have been using the pen for about a month now and the tip is a little worn but it still works very well.
I ordered two more pens and kept one for my granddaughter so that the tips of my calligraphy pens are not worn out. This shows that I have used the pens and found them durable enough to be passed on to someone else.
As a left-handed user, I find the pen's lack of waterproofing and slow drying time problematic.
I was initially skeptical about the durability of the calligraphy pen because I have tried many different pens like tombow but never liked any of them.
76% liked the comfortable grip
I usually get frustrated with pens because I struggle to use them correctly, but this pen was made for beginners.
I was initially skeptical about the pen because I had tried many different calligraphy pens before and never liked any of them.
82% praised the smooth ink flow, while 18% experienced clogging issues
I am left handed and do not have issues with ink smearing unless I write super fast.
The pen is capable of producing beautiful lettering with a flexible tip perfectly sized for both large and small-sized calligraphy.
Certain papers cause the ink to bleed/spread, resulting in a thicker line than intended.
As a left-handed user, I've noticed that the ink takes time to dry and isn't waterproof, which can be problematic.
I have learned the hard way that the ink takes a long time to dry.
72% praised the leak-resistant design, while 28% experienced messy leaks
The flexible tip of the pen is a dream to write with and it is easy to make thin and thick brushstrokes.
I have not mentioned the leak resistance of the calligraphy pen.
I did not mention the leak resistance of the calligraphy pen.
72% liked the variety of line widths, but 28% found it difficult to control
I appreciate the way the tip of the pen flexes against the page when drawing out long flourishes and varying the angle and pressure gives wider or finer lines.
The brush pen is flexible and the perfect size for making both large and small calligraphy, resulting in pretty lettering.
The flexible tip of the pen makes it easy to write and create thin and thick brushstrokes.
I found that the pen is easy to use and can give a good thin line when needed, but certain papers cause the ink to bleed/spread, resulting in a thicker line than intended.
The ink included with the pen is thinner and comes out as a wet gray on paper. India ink is fairly cheap from hobby lobby and most scary stores, so I suggest using it with these pens for better results.
I love using Tombow DUAL BRUSH PENS because they have two tips. The brush tip is perfect for brush lettering and is super durable, while the smaller tip makes nice small lines and is also very durable.
