I wish the set had come with two flooding bottles as I am fond of them.
I have noticed that the tools in the kit can be used in cake decorating as well. They are great for detailing flowers, animal faces, and shaping little ears or hands.
I used the Wilton Sugar Cookie Decorating Kits and found that the royal icing base came out just as good as the frosting I make with egg whites, but with much less hassle.
