I have two cable raceways, one for power cables and the other for display/peripheral cables. They allow for decent cable routing and are sturdy enough to keep everything in place.
The product has an open opening, making it easy to tuck wires into the entire length quickly, unlike other products where one side needs to be unhooks from the other.
After using the cable raceways, my cable management issues disappeared.
I find it easy to tuck wires into the cable-raceway quickly since the opening remains open. This positive feedback is regarding the adjustability feature of the cable-raceways.

I found it very easy to install the cable-raceway. I just had to pull off the cover for the pre-adhered sticky portion on the back and stick it wherever I needed it to stay.
The installation of this cable-raceway is extremely easy and does not require any drilling or nailing. I can install it by cutting two pieces of ultra sticky industrial tape and adhering them to the unit, then sticking it up.
