The cable-raceway was extremely difficult to remove from the desk. Even after 5 minutes of trying to cut it with a strong knife, it held fast to the desk. The plastic broke and it took another 10 minutes to remove the remains of the channel from the desk. The sticky still holds on to both sides - desk, and the shattered remnant of the channel.
The cable raceway is good for hiding cables, but the rack opening is too small to fit cables and power strips together.
The cable-raceways are made of a beigeish plastic and are quite thin. The adhesion is good with the tape but the plastic cannot hold as many cables as expected. I had to cut them all in halves to add more support.
The cable raceway was extremely difficult to remove. I tried cutting and prying it off, but it held fast to the underside of the desk. It took a long time to remove and the plastic eventually gave way, but the sticky residue still holds on to both sides - desk, and the shattered remnant of the channel.
