It's very easy to attach these to surfaces. Just make sure the surface is clean, pull off the white tape, and press it on for a few seconds. They won't come off, even if you want them to.
I had issues with cords getting tangled up under my desk before purchasing the cable-raceways. After installing them, it not only looks better but also gives me more leg room.
I had to use additional double-sided tape on the end piece because it would not stay stuck on the desk, possibly due to the heavy AC cables hanging down from it.
I suggested alternatives for mounting the cable-raceways, like a better double-sided tape or metal strips with screw holes.
