I removed the backing of the adhesive tape in sections for easier removal if needed, as I saw reviews about the adhesive being too strong.
The adhesive works great and there is no need for screws.
The adhesive used in the cable-raceways is extremely strong and difficult to remove once it is stuck to the wall.
