The straps have a nice buckle feature that makes them easy to tighten and loosen or disconnect if I want. The adhesives and velcro that connect the straps to the TV are very strong.

The cabinet locks are easy to apply and seem pretty strong. They may not 100% save the TVs from tipping in a massive earthquake, but they might just do the job and delay the fall.
I bought this product in 2011 and since then I have moved twice. Each time moving the TV was easy because the straps simply buckle and unbuckle.
I initially chose not to use the screws provided for anchoring the straps, but after 6 months, the adhesive was too weak to hold on its own. I solved the problem easily by drilling holes in the table and using the screws provided for extra stability.
