I've noticed that the torch flame is more focused and powerful now. Using premium butane makes a difference and since Xikar sells the best accessories, I prefer to buy their fuel even if it costs a little extra.
The Xikar butane fuel is essentially pure with less than 30 ppm of impurities. All my lighters, old and new, function much better now.
