About #10 Security Self-Seal Envelopes, No.10 Windowless Bussiness Envelopes
92% praised the high-quality paper, but 8% found it too thin
I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the envelopes. They are a very close 2nd to Mead envelopes, which I have been using until now. I am comfortable buying more of these envelopes to save a dollar or so in price difference.
I have two primary concerns when buying envelopes. I want to know if the envelope is opaque so that no one can see what's inside and if it will seal itself and not reopen immediately. These envelopes passed my two requirements and I have personally used them without facing any problems. Based on my experience, I can say that these envelopes meet my needs.
Once sealed, I've noticed that the envelope fights until its death when opened.
The adhesive on these envelopes is worse than the previous ones I tried. There is a 1/2 inch not adhesive on both ends of the flap which causes the envelopes to get caught and crushed in the sorting machines at USPS, resulting in many of my shipments getting lost or destroyed.
85% loved the crisp printing quality, while 15% experienced smudging
When I run envelopes through a laser printer for postage and addressing, they work flawlessly.
The envelope is easy to write on and the perfect size for business mail.
I am trying to find envelopes with an adhesive strip that extends to the ends of the flap, but these envelopes have worse adhesive than the ones I tried before.
94% appreciated the secure seal, though 6% experienced leaks
My two primary concerns when buying envelopes are if I can see through them and if they will seal themselves and not reopen immediately. I am happy to say that these envelopes passed my two requirements. The adhesive is good at sealing them closed and you can't see through them.
When I seal an envelope, it fights until its death if someone tries to open it.
Once sealed, the envelope fights until its death when I try to open it.
I have complained about the adhesive quality of the envelopes. The adhesive does not extend to the ends of the flap, causing them to get caught and crushed in the sorting machines at USPS. This has resulted in many of my shipments getting lost or destroyed.
91% liked the perfect size and fit, while 9% found it too snug
These envelopes are easy to write on and of perfect size.
The envelopes are easy to write on and are the perfect size for business mailing.
I am looking for envelopes with an adhesive strip that extends to the ends of the flap. However, the adhesive is even worse than the envelopes I tried before.
89% praised the envelope's tear resistance
I have been using Mead envelopes as they are durable and work well for my needs.
Once sealed, the envelope fights until it dies when I try to open it.
I want the envelopes to be opaque so that no one can see what's inside.
90% liked the added security features, although 10% found them inadequate
After 30 years, I finally found #10 Security Envelopes with peel & stick adhesion that actually stick.

The envelope has a non-adhesive strip on both ends of the flap, causing it to get caught and crushed in USPS sorting machines. This has resulted in many of my shipments getting lost or destroyed.
