I am having trouble connecting the cameras to the internet and they always appear offline. Even though I set them up correctly, I cannot reconnect through the app. I tried calling customer service three times during their business hours, but no one answered.

Once motion is detected, the camera can display on Echo Show without any modification or extra fees.
If I move too quickly, the camera doesn't detect my motion.
