I appreciate the flat top design of the dispenser. The previous metal dispenser had a convex top that was annoying to use as my thumb would slip out whenever I pumped it.
I am very satisfied with this soap dispenser. It is the best I have ever owned. Unlike other dispensers, it has a single small hole that doesn't leak and dispenses just the right amount of soap, saving soap. It is also easy to refill, requiring only one hand to pull up the soap.
Compared to my expensive Delta dispenser, the dispenser feels sturdy.
