I found the breathing trainer monitor easy to use and YouTube videos helpful for directions. The colored balls were a bit confusing as other brands put them in a different order, but looking at the pictures or the white base on the inside helped me know which ones go where. The handle should be on the right and the tube on the left with blue, yellow, and red balls in that order.
The product is well made, easy and fun to use, but smaller than expected.
The device is easy to use for young people or seniors.
It is very easy to clean after use.
