I removed the thin pad on the right side and slid this thicker pad into the side slit instead. They match perfectly and give me a symmetrical look.
The Relleciga pads resolved my issue of different breast sizes. I add a silicone cutlet under the pad on one side and now my breasts look the same size without any lines, bulges or movement.
I tried multiple thick padded breast forms and found this one to be the most suitable for me.
