I checked the accuracy of the scale using free weights and a second Taylor scale as a comparison. The scale reads about 0.6% low, which is acceptable accuracy at this price point.
This is the best scale I have owned by far.
The only completely accurate measurement is the total body weight.
I faced an issue with the accuracy of the scale. I compared it with a commercial scale at my gym and found that all results were equal or close to it except for muscle mass in which there is a 50 pound discrepancy.

To use the scale, simply open the app on your phone and step on it until you hear the tone. It's easy to use.
The scale makes a noise every time I step on it. I'm not sure if it happens only when I'm overweight because everyone I know who has stepped on it was technically overweight and it made the same sound.
