The scale has been encouraging for me to see the breakdown of my weight, but I have no idea about the other numbers.
The scale measures 13 different body metrics, but the Biometric Impedance Analysis using only your feet is not very accurate. Good scales have hand contacts as well to give a better measurement, but even that is flawed and there exist much better scales that would give accurate measurements. However, for 25, the measurement it gives is perfectly reasonable and gives a decent approximation of my body composition.
The scale is not accurate and not even internally consistent, showing varying values by up to 1.5 lbs in a matter of minutes.
