I find it very easy to connect the scale to Bluetooth and track my journey via FITINDEX app on my phone. It also helps me to guide and adjust my path by seeing every single detail of my body type.
I installed the app and registered myself and my wife on the phone. The scale quickly connects and registers weights and all other info into the records. It pairs in a matter of a second or two with no difficulty at all.
I sync the data to the app using Bluetooth which provides information like BMI, bone mass, muscle mass, etc.
The app only requires Bluetooth and photo permissions to connect to the scale and add a profile picture.
