I am guessing that the 4432 needs a 15J size bobbin as the manual does not mention its size.
Class 15 bobbins and 15Js look very similar, but one has a slightly rounded top while the other is totally flat. It's enough to cause problems.
I called the Singer representative about these bobbins and she said she has never heard of bobbins like this.
