About MSC Heavy Duty 600D Marine Grade Polyester Canvas Trailerable Waterproof Boat Cover
Overall Feedback:
84% positive
73% praised the attractive design, while 27% found it unattractive
I replaced an old black cover with a light grey one, but it only lasted for a year and now sun-rotted and tears easily when pulled on.
I noticed that the cover has no air venting or air flaps to manage heat, which causes the air inside the boat to get hot and the seat vinyl to change color. The color returns to normal once the vinyl cools down.

I noticed that the boat cover left blue stains on the padding that it contacts.

84% found it easy to install, while 16% experienced difficulties
I installed the cover immediately after receiving it, but found out that it did not fit very well.
80% praised the high-quality, durable material, while 20% found it prone to tears
Our boat cover has been in use for almost a year and there is no sign of deterioration. All the threads and seams are still solid and there is no fraying or fading anywhere. The tiedowns also have not deteriorated.
The grey cover only lasted for a year and the material tears easily when pulled on due to sun-rotting.
I suggest that the product is not suitable for tri-hull boats and lacks durability. It is not worth purchasing and the seller should remove tri-hull from the description to prevent others from buying it.
The boat cover material is thin and has micro holes in it.
74% liked the portability, but 26% found it bulky
I can strap down the cover in enough places to drive/tow with it on the boat.
The cover is not suitable for high speeds as it started to fray around the elastic after a 3.5 hour drive at highway speeds, although it may be trailerable.
83% liked the secure system, but 17% found it unreliable
The cover has enough straps to secure it while driving/towing the boat.
I have purchased the worst cover of my life and I am dissatisfied with it.
74% liked the perfect fit, but 26% found it ill-fitting
My boat is 19.5ft and the boat cover size is 17-19ft. The first one I bought was a little big.
I got the next size up (model C 16-18.5) but it was too big and I could wrap the boat with the cover like a burrito. I was disappointed because I wanted it to fit nicely tight.
The cover is too short lengthwise and narrow for my boat.
83% liked its resistance to strong winds and harsh weather, but 17% experienced issues
The boat cover is very waterproof and will hold rainwater if there is any sag or dip.
In warm weather, the cover is more prone to ripping.
The cover faded badly in less than a month.
The previous two covers kept the rain and snow out, but the current one doesn't.
I am disappointed with the quality of the boat cover.
