Despite its cheap construction, I have been able to remove and install the cover multiple times and it has held up for months.
I have used wheel covers with the same material as the motor cover external and suspect that it will fade with time.
The boat cover is not the thickest but not the thinnest either.
When it's hot, the material inside the boat cover sticks to the outboard and leaves residue on the paint, which could damage it.
